When will my order be delivered?
Packages are mailed the next business day after your order by Canada Post's Xpresspost service. The delivery time is 1-2 working days after shipping.
A tracking number will be emailed to the address registered to your account to track the progress of your order.
What is your return policy?
If the pearls ordered do not meet your expectations and the ranks have not been cut or the pearls mounted, please contact us by email atinfo@perlainc.comor by phone at 514-318-0386 to make an arrangement for the return. An in-store credit or refund may be issued depending on situation.
Is it possible to pick up my purchases in store?
Yes, it is always possible to choose when completing your order the option of picking up your pearls in store without charge. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at 620 Cathcart, Suite 1063, Montreal, Quebec, H3B 1M1.
